As an inside Sales professional you will source new sales opportunities through inbound follow-up and outbound calls/emails while understanding customer needs and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.

You will build strong relationships with clients through contract renewals, periodic meetings, and regular follow-up that will be important to maintain trust. As the link of communication between customers and internal teams, you will implement a sales process, provide frequent reports and forecasts to the Managing Director, and participate in planned corporate and marketing activities to achieve sales targets and increase visibility. The role is critical in generating long-lasting customer relationships and driving business growth.
