As a debt collector, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients and collection files, both domestically and internationally. You'll use your experience to conduct resistance talks with debtors, seeking to achieve maximum recovery for both yourself and your clients. You'll be responsible for monitoring the collection process and ensuring timely collection of claims, while providing clients with advice and guidance throughout the amicable and legal collection processes.

While relevant work experience is a plus, we value character traits essential to the role, including persistence, negotiation skills, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and customer service skills. A good understanding of debt collection laws and regulations is also essential.
