Job description

As Office Manager with a focus on recruitment, you are responsible for the smooth running of the office and play a crucial role in attracting talent. You perform various administrative tasks, manage the office environment and are the first point of contact for clients and (future) colleagues. At the same time, you coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to selection interviews, and build up a pool of qualified candidates. With strong communication skills, you work closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to understand and fulfil staffing needs. You are proactive, flexible and contribute to a positive working environment. Excellent communication skills, organisational talent and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this versatile role.

Work includes:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Handling backoffice tasks
  • Organizing team activities
  • Taking care of facility matters such as stock control of office supplies
  • Interviews and onboarding of new colleagues

  • Works carefully and securely
  • Has an excellent command of the English and Dutch language (both verbal and written) 
  • Communication skills, the ability to activate people and good organisational skills.
