As a process manager you will be responsible for optimizing processes in the areas of Debt Collection, Credit Control, Recruitment and Operations. Together with stakeholders, you will design, improve and implement these processes. You have strong analytical skills and strong communication skills in English, both oral and written. You feel at home in an international working environment and work in a structured way to meet deadlines within budget. In addition, you are an inspiring process manager who likes to generate new ideas and ensure that customer satisfaction is and remains high when improving processes.
